Damn Actionjack.. You must feel honored. They put pretty much effort in just an idea of you, pretty cool. I like the snowball arenas, anyone knows if anything happends after a long winning streak? (my record is 8, nothing till then..)

I noticed after a load of wins on my ranger i got a load of gifts in my inventory.
Cant remember how many, but i dont think it was more than 10.

I won 3 in a row on my warrior, and noticed that I had 3 winters gifts in my inventory. Another thing that I noticed was that none of the gifts were duds. The couple that I had turned into eggnog or snowman summoner, stuff like that. Great fun!!!

The Difference between dud and good gifts of snowball fight depends on which divinity you won with-Dwayna or Grenth.

Win with Grenth u get Grenth presents-aka the duds
Win with Dwayna u get Dwayna presents-the real deal

Also, nice implementing of different skills for the different professions and the skill for each divinity...It really needs to be specified though that the idea is to get presents not kill the people

ACTIONJACK UR MY HERO!!! I played snowball fight all last night-dude thx for giving anet the idea...

Also anet-LET THIS BE PERMANENT-plz, its so much fun and easy once you just go through a few battles-also unlike normal pvp level doesn't mean a thing, so even the noobs just getting to ascalon can enjoy the snowball fight

And could this be accessible as a pvp arena as well? I wanna try every profession to learn all their skills and how to counter them and stuff but with 6 in game professions and only 4 slots for characters i'd have to delete 1 over and over...also it'd take around 30 min to an hour just to get outta pre into ascalon...

If this thing gets more popular we need to see another map with a bit more complexity than control the center to get the presents...also i think pets need to be removed-they offer extra dmg sure but the dmg they supply dont fit with the fixed values of every player in snowball fight...

Just a few of my suggestions to continue this thing, I LOVE SNOWBALL FIGHT!!!

*since i'm so addicted to this once i learn the exact effects of a few more of the skills i might make a listing of all of them and their effects for this thread-kinda like a semi-guide*

They should keep this arena open to people, this is really fun and maybe reduce the faction you gain or something in order to keep it in the game.

i just noticed that when you win you get good gifts and when you lose you get grenth exploding gifts

actually, i think it might be good gifts on played for dwayna side
bad gifts ofr played in grenth side.

i lost a lot of times my first play thru (about 5 goes) but got same amount as sides i was on...(3 on grenth, 2 on dwayna)

and DEFINATELY /SIGNED
on the permanennt thing....

i normally HATE any kind of PvP, whether RPd or not...(too many playerkillers hiding behind the 'im roleplaying an evil badass' excuse in other mmos you see)

however, this feels a helova lot more fun than just twatting eachother over the favour of the gods for your server, or faction or whatever.

the fact that its snowing..its snowballs (which i never got much to play with as a chiddler *sob*) and the decorations...the avatars....the ones getting the prezzies

you feel like your actually doing something (even if it is bad or good, depending on which side) and since no one is getting hurt, or at least, *looking* like it hurts, its more fun

true, they would have to probably take the gifts away after Wintersday.
and it would have to be in the first part of the shivverpeaks, or else be ether 2 acces points or arenas (which might be a good thing, since it would be just experianced players in later droks area mostly as theres no reason for runners to play there as they gain nothing lol)

but hey....
A net says they want everyone to be able to enjoy the experience of PvP....

So Snowballs!! for us who dont like pvp mostly
